Adding An Employee Card: If any employees are allowed to use the account, they will be authorized users and will have equal charging privileges unless individual spending limits are established for them. You, as the Authorizing Officer, together with the business are responsible for any use of the account by you, an authorized user or anyone else permitted to use the account. You, together with the business, are responsible for repaying all balances on the account. All correspondence, including statements and notifications, will be sent to you as the Authorizing Officer. Discoverist Status: You, as the authorizing officer, will receive Discoverist status in the World of Hyatt program as long as your World of Hyatt Business Card account is open and not in default, and you comply with the World of Hyatt terms and conditions (available at worldofhyatt.com/termsOpens Overlay). Please allow up to 8 weeks from account opening for Discoverist status to be applied to your World of Hyatt account. An employee will not receive Discoverist status or associated benefits in the World of Hyatt program as a result of his or her designation as an additional authorized user of the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card (however they may independently enroll in and earn Discoverist status in the World of Hyatt program as set forth in the World of Hyatt program terms and conditions). However you, as the authorizing officer, will receive 5 Discoverist Upgrade Awards in your World of Hyatt account after your World of Hyatt Business Card account opening with which you will be able to gift Discoverist Status in the World of Hyatt program to 5 employees. Up to $100 Annual Hyatt Credit: You can earn a $50 statement credit per qualifying Hyatt purchase with your World of Hyatt Business Credit Card up to 2 times each anniversary year (for a total of $100). Qualifying Hyatt purchases are single transactions of $50 or more made at Hyatt hotels and resorts (including at participating restaurants and participating locations that are owned, managed, franchised or licensed by Hyatt Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates). Anniversary year means the year beginning with your card account open date through the first statement date after your account open date anniversary, and the 12 monthly billing cycles after that each year. Statement credit(s) will post to your account the same day your qualifying Hyatt purchase posts to your account and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Statement credit(s) will be issued for the anniversary year in which the transaction posts to your account. For example, if you pay for a stay, but the transaction does not post until after the current annual period ends, the statement credit will be allocated towards the following anniversary year's maximum of 2 statement credits. 10% Bonus Point Redemption Bonus: If, during a single calendar year (January 1 through December 31), you and any employee(s) collectively spend fifty thousand U.S. dollars ($50,000 USD) or more in Purchases on your World of Hyatt Business Card, you will receive ten percent (10%) Bonus Points back on up to a total of 200,000 World of Hyatt points you redeem for free night awards, Points + Cash stays, room upgrades, dining and spa services and World of Hyatt Experiences during the remainder of that calendar year.
