New Cardmember Bonus – $1,000 Cash Back: To qualify, you must make $8,000 in purchases during the first 4 months from account opening. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus to post to your account. To be eligible for this bonus offer, your credit card account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services. However, the following types of transactions won’t count as purchases: balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like transactions including, but not limited to: travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, other similar digital or virtual currency and other similar transactions; lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers, or similar offline and online betting transactions; person-to-person money transfers and account-funding transactions that transfer currency, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.

Earning in the Rewards Program: “Cash Back rewards” are the rewards you earn under the program. Cash Back rewards are tracked as points and each $1 in Cash Back rewards earned is equal to 100 points. How you can earn points: You’ll earn points on purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds, made with an Ink Business Cash credit card by you or an authorized user of the account. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count and won’t earn points: balance transfers, cash advances and other cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. 1% Cash Back: You’ll earn 1% Cash Back rewards for each $1 spent. 2% Cash Back: You’ll earn 2% Cash Back rewards total for each $1 of the first $25,000 spent each account anniversary year on combined purchases in the following rewards categories: gas stations and restaurants (1% additional Cash Back rewards on top of the 1% Cash Back rewards earned on each purchase). After $25,000 is spent on combined purchases in these categories each account anniversary year, you go back to earning 1% Cash Back rewards for each $1 spent, with no maximum. 5% Cash Back: You’ll earn 5% Cash Back rewards total for each $1 of the first $25,000 spent each account anniversary year on combined purchases in the following rewards categories: office supply stores; internet, cable, and phone services (4% additional Cash Back rewards on top of the 1% Cash Back rewards earned on each purchase). After $25,000 is spent on combined purchases in these categories each account anniversary year, you go back to earning 1% Cash Back rewards for each $1 spent, with no maximum. How you can use your points: You can use your points to redeem for any available reward options, including cash, gift cards, travel, and pay with points for products or services made available through the program or directly from third-party merchants. Redemption values for reward options may vary. Points expiration/losing points: Your points don’t expire as long as your account remains open, however, you will immediately lose all your points if your account status changes, or your account is closed for program misuse, fraudulent activities, or other reasons described in the terms of the Rewards Program Agreement. 5% Cash Back Offer on Lyft Purchases: You’ll earn 5% cash back total on qualifying Lyft products and services purchased through the Lyft mobile application through 09/30/2027. That’s 4% additional cash back on top of the 1% cash back earned on each purchase in the rewards program. Qualifying Lyft products and services include rideshare; bike and scooter rides; and subscription and membership products. Purchase of gift cards, car rentals, vehicle service centers, miscellaneous fees and other Lyft products and services are excluded from this promotion. Complimentary Instacart+ Membership: You will receive one complimentary Instacart+ membership per eligible card account for 3 months (for Chase Ink Cash and Chase Ink Unlimited cardmembers) when the membership is activated on https://www.instacart.com/p/chase-inkOpens overlay with an eligible card between 5/1/2025 and 12/31/2027. (“You” and “your” mean you as the primary cardmember or any authorized user, depending on which user activates first). This offer is non-transferable. Membership must be activated with a United States address. If you currently have a paid Instacart+ membership, you agree that your existing membership will be paused for the duration of this benefit and resume upon expiration. Your existing membership will automatically renew based on the Instacart+ Terms previously agreed upon unless you cancel. Your membership fees of $99/year or $9.99/month, depending on which plan you are enrolled in, will be billed to any active payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel your Instacart+ membership prior to the end of your complimentary Instacart+ membership period or at any time thereafter. You may cancel your paid subscription by selecting “Cancel Membership” in the “Your Instacart+ Membership” page. You will receive a refund if you cancel within 5 days of the start of the paid membership term and you have not placed any orders with Instacart+ nor activated the New York Times Cooking subscription offer. If you have a trial Instacart+ membership, you agree that your complimentary 3-month membership will commence after the conclusion of your trial Instacart+ membership and you agree to the Instacart+ Terms, and you authorize a charge of $99/year, for an annual membership, to be billed automatically to any active card on file after your complimentary 3-month membership ends. Adding An Employee Card: If any employees are allowed to use the account, they will be authorized users and will have equal charging privileges unless individual spending limits are established for them. You, as the Authorizing Officer, together with the business are responsible for any use of the account by you, an authorized user or anyone else permitted to use the account. You, together with the business, are responsible for repaying all balances on the account. All correspondence, including statements and notifications, will be sent to you as the Authorizing Officer. By requesting to add an employee cardholder to the account, you represent all information provided is accurate and is for persons with which the business has a relationship. You also represent that the business has permission to provide the employee information to Chase and to add the employee as a cardholder. If Chase determines any information provided is fraudulent, Chase has the right to close the account.
