How you can earn points: You’ll earn points on purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds, made with a Marriott Bonvoy® credit card by you or an authorized user of the account. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count and won’t earn points: balance transfers, cash advances and other cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. 3 points (“3X points”): You’ll earn 3 points for each $1 spent on qualifying purchases made at hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy®. Go to marriottbonvoy.com/about for a list of hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy. You will only receive the accelerated earn of 3 points for each $1 spent from the credit card program. Additional points received under the Marriott Bonvoy program for stays at hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy will be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy program. Marriott Bonvoy is responsible for ensuring all hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy are correctly reported to Chase for earn on Marriott Bonvoy credit card purchases. 1 point (“1X points”): You’ll earn 1 point for each $1 spent on all other purchases. Information about earning/transferring points to Marriott Bonvoy: Points earned during a billing cycle will be automatically transferred to Marriott Bonvoy after the end of each billing cycle. Points expiration: The points transferred to your Marriott Bonvoy account won’t expire as long as there is card earning activity or other qualifying earning or redemption activity every 24 months. If your card account is closed, you’ll lose the points in your Marriott Bonvoy account if you don’t have any other qualifying earning or redemption activity every 24 months. Losing points: You’ll immediately lose all points that haven’t been transferred to Marriott Bonvoy if your card account status changes, or your card account is closed for program misuse, fraudulent activities, or other reasons described in the terms of the Rewards Program Agreement. If any employees are allowed to use the account, they will be authorized users and will have equal charging privileges unless individual spending limits are established for them. You, as the Authorizing Officer, together with the business are responsible for any use of the account by you, an authorized user or anyone else permitted to use the account. You, together with the business, are responsible for repaying all balances on the account. All correspondence, including statements and notifications, will be sent to you as the Authorizing Officer. By requesting to add an employee cardholder to the account, you represent all information provided is accurate and is for persons with which the business has a relationship. You also represent that the business has permission to provide the employee information to Chase and to add the employee as a cardholder. If Chase determines any information provided is fraudulent, Chase has the right to close the account.

15 Elite Night Credits: On or before March 1 of each calendar year, the annual Elite Night Credits (“Annual ENC”) benefit will be deposited into your Marriott Bonvoy® Member Account operated by Marriott International, Inc., in accordance with Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions. To be eligible to receive the 15 Elite Night Credits (“ENC”) associated with the Annual ENC benefit from your Marriott Bonvoy® Credit Card from Chase, you must be the primary Cardmember, your Card Account must be open at the time of the deposit, and you must have an active Marriott Bonvoy Member Account linked to your Card account. This benefit is not exclusive to Cards offered by Chase. You can only receive the Annual ENC benefit associated with one eligible Marriott Bonvoy consumer card per year, regardless of the number of Marriott Bonvoy cards that are linked with a Marriott Bonvoy Member Account and regardless of bank issuer. If your Marriott Bonvoy Member Account is linked to more than one open Marriott Bonvoy consumer card that offers the Annual ENC benefit, you will only receive the Annual ENC benefit associated with the card that offers the highest number of ENCs. If you have both an open Marriott Bonvoy consumer card account and an open Marriott Bonvoy business card account that each offer the Annual ENC benefit, then you will receive an Annual ENC benefit for each, for a total of two Annual ENC benefits per Marriott Bonvoy Member Account per year. If you have more than one Marriott Bonvoy Member Account that has received the Annual ENC benefit and you merge accounts, you will retain only the ENCs associated with one eligible Marriott Bonvoy consumer card that offers the highest number of ENCs as a benefit; and, if applicable, the ENCs from one eligible Marriott Bonvoy business card that offers the highest number of ENCs as a benefit. Separate promotional offers of ENCs will not count toward the per-Account maximum but may have their own limits; see promotional terms at time of offer. Chase is not responsible for offer fulfillment or the provision of or failure to provide the stated benefits and services.
You will earn 1 Elite night credit for each $3,000 in Purchases. Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count and won’t earn points: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. We have the right to determine which purchases qualify for this offer. We reserve the right to change or end this offer at any time. There is no limit to the number of Elite nights that you can earn. Please allow up to 8 weeks for Elite nights to be credited to your Marriott Bonvoy® account from the last day of each calendar month you qualify. To qualify for the Elite nights, your account must be open and not in default at the time of processing and fulfillment. The number of Marriott Bonvoy® points needed for a standard Free Night Award starts at 7,500 points. Refer to marriottbonvoy.com for all reward redemption values.
Zero Liability Protection does not apply to use of an account by an authorized user without the approval of the primary cardmember. If you think someone used your account without permission, tell us immediately by calling the Cardmember Services number on your card or billing statement.
Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons including technology failures and capacity limitations. There is no charge from Chase, but message and data rates may apply.
Points accrued and awards issued are subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy® program. For complete terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy program, including all redemption values, refer to . Terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy program may be modified and services and benefits may be added or deleted at any time without notice to cardmembers. Marriott Bonvoy points awarded through the use of the authorized user’s card will only be credited to the Primary Cardmember’s Marriott Bonvoy account.
