2 Adding An Authorized User: All correspondence, including credit cards, statements, and notifications will be sent to the name and address on file for the primary cardmember. The primary cardmember is responsible for repaying all balances on this account. Authorized users will have the same account number and charging privileges as the primary cardmember but will not be financially responsible. Chase provides account information to the credit reporting agencies for all account users. This information could impact an authorized user’s credit score. When you tell us to add a user to your account, you’re confirming that you have a relationship with the person or people whose name(s), address(es), and date(s) of birth you’ve told us, that all their information is correct, and that you have their consent to add them. If Chase determines you’ve given us fraudulent name, address, or date of birth information or did not have such consent, Chase can close this account.

4 Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card from Chase Elite Night Credits: Upon opening your Card Account, a maximum of 15 Elite Night credits will be credited to your Marriott Bonvoy® member account within 60 days. On or before March 1 of each calendar year, a maximum of 15 Elite Night Credits will be credited to your Marriott Bonvoy® Member Account operated by Marriott International, Inc., in accordance with Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions. To be eligible to receive the 15 Elite Night Credits with this Card, you must be the primary Cardmember, your Card account must be open as of December 31 of the prior year, and you must have an active Marriott Bonvoy Member Account linked to your credit card account.

This benefit is not exclusive to credit cards offered by Chase. A maximum of 15 Elite Night Credits will be awarded through this benefit per Marriott Bonvoy Member Account even if the Member has more than one credit card linked to their Marriott Bonvoy Member Account, unless you have both a small business Marriott Bonvoy credit card account and a consumer Marriott Bonvoy credit card account; then you may receive a combined maximum of 30 Elite Night Credits (15 per credit card account). If your Marriott Bonvoy Member Accounts are merged, if both accounts have received 15 Elite Night Credits, only one 15 Elite Night Credit will remain. Separate promotional offers of Elite Night Credits will not count toward this per-Account maximum but may have their own limits; see promotional terms at time of offer. 5 1 Elite Credit for Every $3,000 Spent: You will earn 1 Elite night credit for each $3,000 in Purchases. Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count and won’t earn points: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. We have the right to determine which purchases qualify for this offer. We reserve the right to change or end this offer at any time. There is no limit to the number of Elite nights that you can earn. Please allow up to 8 weeks for Elite nights to be credited to your Marriott Bonvoy® account from the last day of each calendar month you qualify. To qualify for the Elite nights, your account must be open and not in default at the time of processing and fulfillment. 6 Anniversary Free Night Award E-Certificate: As a one-time bonus each calendar year, once you reach $25,000 or more in purchases you will receive a Free Night Award E-Certificate. Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count and won’t earn points: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. Please allow up to 12 weeks after qualifying purchases appear on your account for your Free Night Award E-Certificate to be automatically deposited into your Marriott Bonvoy® Account. Free Night Award E-Certificate is valid for a one night hotel stay at a property with a redemption level up to 20,000 points. You are responsible for all incidental charges such as parking fees, and payment of mandatory resort fees at properties where resort fees are charged. For the list of participating hotels where you can redeem the 20,000 points, log on to redeem.marriottbonvoy.com/hotels or call the Marriott Bonvoy number on the back of your card. 7 Zero Liability: Zero Liability Protection does not apply to use of an account by an authorized user without the approval of the primary cardmember. If you think someone used your account without permission, tell us immediately by calling the Cardmember Services number on your card or billing statement.

2 Access to Chase Pay Over Time: Access to Chase Pay Over Time is not guaranteed. Your ability to create a Chase Pay Over Time plan is based on a variety of factors, such as your creditworthiness, credit limit and account behavior, and may change from time to time.

3 Purchases Eligible for Chase Pay Over Time benefit for Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card: Eligible purchase transactions for the Chase Pay Over Time benefit for Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card are purchases between $100-$5000 made at hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy® or directly with airlines, and purchases of at least $100 made with other merchants. Eligible purchase transactions must have been made within the previous 90 days and may not include certain transactions, such as (a) cash-like transactions, (b) any fees owed to us, including Annual Membership Fees, and (c) purchases made under a separate promotion or special finance program. 4 Chase Pay Over Time benefit for Marriott Bonvoy Bold® Credit Card Fee: For all eligible purchases between $100-$5000 made at hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy® or directly with airlines, the Chase Pay Over Time® monthly fee is 0% of the amount of each purchase you select to pay over time with no interest. Go to marriottbonvoy.com/about for a list of hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy. For more information about Chase rewards categories, see chase.com/RewardsCategoryFAQs Opens in a new window. For all other plans you create, the Chase Pay Over Time Fee is up to 1.72% of each eligible purchase transaction or amount, which you select to pay over time with no interest just a fixed monthly fee. The Chase Pay Over Time Fee will be determined at the time each plan is created and will remain the same until the plan balance is paid in full. The Chase Pay Over Time Fee is based on the amount of each purchase transaction selected to create the plan, the number of billing periods you choose to pay the balance in full, and other factors.

5 Automatic Silver Elite Status: You will automatically receive Silver Elite Status each account anniversary year as a cardmember (“Account anniversary year” means the year beginning with account open date through the anniversary of your account open date, and each 12 months after that). Please allow up to 8 weeks from account open date for your initial Silver Elite Status award to be applied to your Marriott Bonvoy® account. To qualify for and maintain Silver Elite Status your account must be open and not in default. If you do not qualify for Silver Elite status as a cardmember, in order to receive Silver Elite benefits you must qualify for Silver Elite Status under the terms of the Marriott Bonvoy program. Only one Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card account per Marriott Bonvoy member (Marriott Bonvoy member must be the primary cardmember on that account), is eligible for the Silver Elite Status award. 6 5 Elite Night Credits: On or before March 1 of each calendar year, the annual Elite Night Credits (“Annual ENC”) benefit will be deposited into your Marriott Bonvoy® Member Account operated by Marriott International, Inc., in accordance with marriottbonvoy.com/terms. To be eligible to receive the 5 Elite Night Credits (“ENC”) associated with the Annual ENC benefit from your Marriott Bonvoy® Credit Card from Chase, you must be the primary Cardmember, your Card Account must be open at the time of the deposit, and you must have an active Marriott Bonvoy Member Account linked to your Card account. This benefit is not exclusive to Cards offered by Chase. You can only receive the Annual ENC benefit associated with one eligible Marriott Bonvoy consumer card per year, regardless of the number of Marriott Bonvoy cards that are linked with a Marriott Bonvoy Member Account and regardless of bank issuer. If your Marriott Bonvoy Member Account is linked to more than one open Marriott Bonvoy consumer card that offers the Annual ENC benefit, you will only receive the Annual ENC benefit associated with the card that offers the highest number of ENCs. If you have both an open Marriott Bonvoy consumer card account and an open Marriott Bonvoy business card account that each offer the Annual ENC benefit, then you will receive an Annual ENC benefit for each, for a total of two Annual ENC benefits per Marriott Bonvoy Member Account per year.
