New Cardmember Bonus – 80,000 Points: To qualify, you must make $5,000 in purchases during the first 3 months from account opening. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus to post to your Rapid Rewards^® account. To be eligible for this bonus offer, your credit card account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. Preferred Seat Selection at Booking: When available, primary Cardmembers with a Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Priority Credit Card or a Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Performance Business Credit Card will be able to select a Preferred or a Standard seat at the time of booking. If no Preferred or Standard seat is available, Cardmembers will be assigned a seat in accordance with the fare rules of the ticket purchased. When available, Cardmembers will be able to select Preferred or Standard seats for up to 8 additional Passengers on the same reservation as the Cardmember, allowing for a total of 9 Preferred or Standard seats. If the Cardmember is removed from the reservation and there is no primary Cardmember or tier Rapid Rewards^® Member with the same or greater seatings benefits, all seating selections for that reservation will be released and seats will be assigned in accordance with the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Benefits may not apply on itineraries booked with partner airlines. Cardmembers should allow up to 14 days for card status to be updated in their Rapid Rewards account to be eligible for this benefit. Authorized users of Rapid Rewards Credit Cards and employee cards of Rapid Rewards Business Credit Cards are not eligible for this benefit. Credit card account must be open and not in default when selecting a Preferred or Standard seat. If your Credit card account is closed or in default before or at the time of travel, the seat selection will be released. Extra Legroom Seat Upgrade at 48 Hours Prior to Departure: When available, primary Cardmembers with a Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Priority Credit Card or a Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Performance Business Credit Card will be able to upgrade to an Extra Legroom seat within 48 hours prior to flight departure for themselves and up to 8 additional Passengers on the same reservation, allowing for a total of 9 Extra Legroom seats. If the Cardmember is removed from the reservation and there is no primary Cardmember or tier Rapid Rewards^® Member with the same or greater seating benefits, all seating selections for that reservation will be released and seats will be assigned in accordance with the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Cardmembers should allow up to 14 days for card status to be updated in their Rapid Rewards accounts to be eligible for this benefit. Authorized users of Rapid Rewards Credit Cards and employee cards of Rapid Rewards Business Credit Cards are not eligible for this benefit. First Checked Bag Free: The primary Rapid Rewards^® Credit Cardmember and up to eight Passengers traveling on the same reservation are each eligible to receive their first standard checked bag free. Cardmembers should allow up to 14 days for card status to be updated in their Rapid Rewards account to be eligible for this benefit. To receive their first standard checked bag free, the primary Cardmember must include their Rapid Rewards number in their reservation. The first standard checked bag free is not available on flights booked with a partner carrier. Service charges for oversized, overweight, and extra baggage may apply. Cardmembers with a loyalty tier status or fare that includes a free checked bag will receive the bag benefits associated with their Southwest Rapid Rewards^® tier status or fare. Group 5 Boarding Benefit: Primary Cardmembers with a Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Credit Card or Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Business Credit Card will be able to board their Southwest^® flight with Group 5, or earlier if they qualify for a better boarding group based on their tier status, fare type, or seat type and location. Up to 8 Passengers traveling on the same reservation as the Cardmember will be able to board with Group 5 as long as the Cardmember remains booked on the same reservation. Eligible Passengers will have "Cardmember" displayed on their Southwest^® boarding pass to indicate their boarding privilege. If the Cardmember's account is closed or in default before or at the time of travel, this benefit will be canceled for them and all Passengers on the same reservation. If the Cardmember is removed from the reservation and there is no primary Cardmember or tier Rapid Rewards member with the same or greater boarding benefits, boarding will be assigned in accordance with the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Cardmembers should allow up to 14 days from approval for card status to be updated in their Rapid Rewards^® account to be eligible for this benefit. Authorized users of Rapid Rewards Credit Cards and employee cards of Rapid Rewards Business Credit Cards are not eligible for this benefit. 25% back on inflight purchases on Southwest Airlines^® flights: You will receive 25% back on Southwest Airlines inflight purchases made with your Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Performance Business Credit Card for drinks and WiFi in the form of a credit card account statement credit. Statement credit(s) will post to your credit card account the same day as your purchase(s) and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement within 6-8 weeks. You will also receive 25% back on inflight purchases made by employees on your account. To qualify for the 25% back, purchase must be made with your Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Performance Business Credit Card and your account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.

Tier Qualifying Points: Tier Qualifying Points (TQPs) are earned from revenue flights booked through Southwest Airlines^®. You will earn 2,500 TQPs for each $5,000 spent on purchases posted to your account by December 31, 2026. Starting January 1, 2027, you will also earn 1 TQP for each $1 spent on purchases made with your Rapid Rewards Credit Card. Purchases of products and services, minus returns and refunds, are made by using a card by you or an authorized user of the account; however, the following types of transactions won’t count as purchases: balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like transactions including, but not limited to: travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, other similar digital or virtual currency and other similar transactions; lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers, or similar offline and online betting transactions; person-to-person money transfers and account funding transactions that transfer currency, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. TQPs earned will be posted to the primary credit cardmember’s Rapid Rewards^® account after your credit card billing cycle closes. TQPs are accrued on an annual basis. The first year runs from your account open date through your December statement cycle date of that same year. After that, each annual period consists of the 12 billing cycles starting after your December statement cycle date and ending with the following December statement cycle date. Only TQPs posted to your Rapid Rewards account will qualify for loyalty tiers as described in Southwest.com/rrterms.

Global Entry or TSA PreCheck^® or NEXUS Application Fee Statement Credit: You will receive one statement credit every four years (up to $120) after the first program (either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck^® or NEXUS) application fee is charged to your Southwest Rapid Rewards^® Performance Business Credit Card, by you or an authorized user. This benefit applies only to the Global Entry, TSA PreCheck^® or NEXUS programs, other Trusted Traveler Programs are not eligible. Only purchases made directly with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, eligible partner listed on ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/, or authorized enrollment providers featured on tsa.gov/precheck website are eligible for reimbursement. Purchases made through any third parties, such as travel agencies or application assistance services, are not eligible for reimbursement. The statement credit will appear on your credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles. You are responsible for payment of all charges until the statement credit posts to the account. Adding An Employee Card: If any employees are allowed to use the account, they will be authorized users and will have equal charging privileges unless individual spending limits are established for them. You, as the Authorizing Officer, together with the business are responsible for any use of the account by you, an authorized user or anyone else permitted to use the account. You, together with the business, are responsible for repaying all balances on the account. All correspondence, including statements and notifications, will be sent to you as the Authorizing Officer. By requesting to add an employee cardholder to the account, you represent all information provided is accurate and is for persons with which the business has a relationship. You also represent that the business has permission to provide the employee information to Chase and to add the employee as a cardholder. If Chase determines any information provided is fraudulent, Chase has the right to close the account.

No Blackout Dates or Seat Restrictions: No blackout dates and unlimited reward seats apply to flights booked with points.

Cardmembers Eligible for Chase Pay Over Time: Eligible cardmembers are those with access to Chase Pay Over Time who use a participating Chase credit card for eligible purchases. Access to Chase Pay Over Time is not guaranteed, is based on a variety of factors such as creditworthiness, credit limit and account behavior, and may change from time to time.
