Adding an Authorized User
All correspondence, including credit cards, statements, and notifications will be sent to the name and address on file for the primary cardmember. The primary cardmember is responsible for repaying all balances on this account. Authorized users will have the same charging privileges as the primary cardmember but will not be financially responsible. We provide account information to the credit reporting agencies for all account users. This information could impact an authorized user's credit score. By requesting to add an authorized user to your account, you affirm that the name and address provided are for true person(s) with whom you have a relationship and who are authorized to use your Credit Card. If Chase determines the name and address provided are false, Chase reserves the right to close the account.
How you can earn points: You'll earn points when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won't count and won't earn points: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. 1 point: You'll earn 1 point for each $1 spent. 2 points: You'll earn 2 points total for each $1 spent when your card is used for purchases in the travel category or the dining at restaurants category (one additional point on top of the 1 point per $1 earned on each purchase). You may see "2X" in marketing materials to refer to the 2 points total you earn for each dollar you spend in these categories. We may offer you ways to earn bonus points through the program. You'll find out more about the number of bonus points you can earn and any other terms at the time of the offer. How you can use your points: You can use your points to redeem for any available reward options, which include cash, gift cards, travel, and products or services made available through Ultimate Rewards or directly from third party merchants. Point expiration/losing points: Your points do not expire as long as your credit card account remains open, however, you will lose all your points if your account is closed for any reason. Rewards Categories: Merchants who accept Visa/MasterCard credit cards are assigned a merchant code, which is determined by the merchant or its processor in accordance with Visa/MasterCard procedures based on the kinds of products and services they primarily sell. We group similar merchant codes into categories for purposes of making rewards offers to you. Please note: We make every effort to include all relevant merchant codes in our rewards categories. However, even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won't qualify for rewards offers on purchases in that category. Purchases submitted by you, an authorized user, or the merchant through third-party payment accounts, mobile or wireless card readers, online or mobile digital wallets, or similar technology will not qualify in a rewards category if the technology is not set up to process the purchase in that rewards category. Rewards Program Agreement: We will mail you a Rewards Program Agreement containing additional rewards program terms once your account is established. 20% Off Travel
Each point you redeem for travel booked through Ultimate Rewards is worth $.0125 (one and a quarter cents), which means that 100 points is worth $1.25 in redemption value. This is like getting a 20% discount on travel you get with points when compared to the cash price. For example, a $625 airline ticket will only cost you 50,000 points. You would need 62,500 points to get $625 in cash through Ultimate Rewards and 50,000 points is 20% less than 62,500. The cost of travel and comparison of the points price and cash price is based on the rates and fares available through the Ultimate Rewards website and travel center, and may not reflect all rates and fares that are available through other sales channels.

Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement: If you believe that your own copyrighted work is accessible through any website or application provided by us in violation of your copyright, you may provide our Designated Agent with a written communication as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) that contains substantially the following:

We also will advise the alleged infringer of the DMCA statutory Counter Notification procedure described below in Section B by which the alleged infringer may respond to your claim and request that we restore this material. If we receive a Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement that does not contain all of the information described above, but provides a way for us to contact you, we will promptly follow up with you to request that you provide any information not previously provided.
B. Counter Notification: If you believe your own copyrighted material has been removed from our website or application as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter Notification to our Designated Agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3). To be an effective Counter Notification under the DMCA, your Counter Notification must include substantially the following:

Please note that if you materially misrepresent that the disabled or removed content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
C. Repeat Infringer Policy: In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we will terminate access to our website or application by users who are repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our application and/or website and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of other, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
