On Monday, guests enjoyed an evening at St. Mary’s Cathedral at the heart of the medieval city of Limerick. A unique wine-paired dining experience unfolded within the majestic walls of this iconic cathedral that dates back to 1168.

Guests enjoyed a golf clinic led by our special host, Des Smyth, an Irish professional golfer with eight European Tour wins and a storied Ryder Cup history. Following the clinic, guests played a round on The Golf Course at Adare Manor. This championship-worthy course offers stunning views of the estate at every hole.
